Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ZingTales (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to upload documents. Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results made from them. You give us permission to store, process and transform your content only as needed to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content that is illegal.
• Don't try to get into other users' accounts or documents, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use automated means to overload the service or copy it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Prices and payment

Uploading is free up to the storage allowance shown on the pricing page. Paid tools are charged per page, at the price shown before you pay. Orders below a minimum amount are rounded up to that minimum. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Refunds

If something you paid for can no longer be delivered, for example because the document was deleted before processing started, the payment is refunded automatically. If you're unhappy with a result, reach us through our contact page and we'll look into it.

AI results

Text extraction and translation are done by AI and can contain mistakes. Accuracy depends on scan quality, language and page layout. Please review the results, especially before relying on them for anything important. The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that results will be error-free.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available. We may change or retire features. If we change these terms significantly, we'll update the date above and let you know.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
