Sushi might seem
healthier than a sandwich but in reality, it’s often little more than processed
carbs with a side of salt – and certainly nowhere near the 140g fish needed to
make up one of your weekly servings.
For a normal salmon wrap
sushi, the combination is normally white rice combined with vinegar, little
sugar and salt. The high content in sushi is surely a unhealthy proportion
compared to any other healthy snack.
